Practice Questions

Steering towards success.

You’ve studied, but haven’t applied the knowledge. You know the content, but not what you’re missing. I was in the same spot as I studied, and it made me waste time over-studying and stressing for the exam on low-value areas and materials unlikely to be on the OCS test. Work more efficiently by cutting out test questions that are poorly written, irrelevant to practice, and frankly wasting your time figuring out how you got the question wrong.

A 20 year old male presents to outpatient physical therapy for evaluation and treatment of his L knee pain. He was a high school track athlete and performed high jump and 400m relay and has dealt with intermittent anterior knee pain inferior to his patella since this time. He notes that the pain is worst when he is trying to run or jump, but will also occur when he sits for too long, going away once he warms up. He met with his primary care physician who ordered an X-ray with no significant findings and was then referred to physical therapy.
